5 STEP CLEANING  PROCESS

FOR  CARPETS

This package is consistent with IICRC standards & manufactures specifications.

Step 1  ~     First our trained technicians will run a simple fiber test to identify carpet fibers.  Then continue with vacuuming and treating of problem areas.

Step 2  ~     Next we pre-condition with a heated solution specifically for your carpets type. This special solution will help loosen and break up the soils bedded deep within your carpets fibers, also providing a natural deodorization.

Step 3  ~     Then we bring in our revolutionary tool the RX20 that evenly moistens and distributes emulsifying detergents. This solution makes it easy to remove as many stains as possible. Our HydraMaster Boxxer 427 truck mounted equipment and RX20 help add a constant amount of heat and agitation needed to stimulate stain fighting agents in the solution.  There is also a neutralizing agent that is being spray during the rinsing that help break down

Step 4  ~     Next we spray a superior protectant designed to make carpets easier to care for.  The manufactures protectants wear off with simple traffic and vacuuming, so it’s important to reapply protectant regularly.  Protectant enables spills to be removed easier before stains occur, with increasing you carpets life.

Step 5  ~     Our last step is to block and tab all furniture that was moved. We then proceed to groom your carpet, which helps your carpet dry evenly. Along with constant rotation of our air movers allows for quicker drying time.
